First of all, HAPPY FRIDAY!!!!! It's almost the weekend!

Bieber Fever:

Justin Bieber’s potential baby mama, Mariah Yeater, 20 claims that her three month old son was fathered by Justin Bieber after a concert in a bathroom backstage. According to the AP, “there were no other possible men she had sex with at that time”. However, Mariah is now facing legal trouble for statutory rape. If her story holds up, then she will be charged under California law for statutory rape since she was 19 at the time, however, Bieber was only 16. California law says that it is against the law for an adult to have sex with anyone under 18. If the offender is no more than 3 years older, like in this case, it would only trigger a misdemeanor with up to one year in jail. Looks like baby mama, Mariah might want to take back her accusations and request for child support. I don’t believe that this baby-faced singer could possibly have had a quickie in the bathroom after a show! Wonder what Selena thinks of all this.

Speaking of Selena Gomez, crazed fan Thomas Brodnicki is pleading not guilty for stalking the Disney star. This 46-year old man, who has a history of mental illness, was accused of stalking the star between July and October. In addition, police were informed by mental health workers that while Thomas was on a psychiatric hold, he threatened to harm or kill Selena! Crazy!! Anyway, he pleaded not guilty which resulted in a $150,000 bail and he faces up to 3 years in prison if convicted. As a smart person should do, Gomez was granted a temporary restraining order last month and he has been extended to three years!
Looks like the cute couple are both dealing with court issues!

X-Factor Lip-Syncs

Two performances on last night’s X-Factor showed audiences that lip-syncing does in fact happen on the show. But according to a rep, they aren’t alone (I don’t know if saying that justifies it…). During the opening song, one singer moved his mouth way after you could hear his voice. Later on, the backup singers of Stereo Hogzz didn’t raise their mics when they sang. Silly mistake!

Apparently, the only songs that are “pre-recorded” are the ensemble performances in order to allow contestants to have more time to practice the competition song. Not so sure if I believe that. The rep again added “There is also no different to what other competition shoes do for ensemble performances.” I would like to know what shows he is talking about! Check out the video on TMZ.
